Mobile Veterinary NC provides in-home veterinary care services including wellness exams, vaccinations, senior pet care, microchipping, and compassionate end-of-life care. We do not provide emergency services, radiography, dental procedures, or surgical services.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We serve Wake Forest, Youngsville, and Franklinton areas. Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on traffic and previous appointment durations.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks.
A $50.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to serve other patients who may need care.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical history and information about your pet
- Ensure a safe environment for the veterinarian to work
- Restrain pets as directed for safety during examination
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided
